Lakin has been licensed  to  Practice of Law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for more than 25 years.  His knowledge of the law along with the rapport he develops with each client has earned  him a reputation of being an attorney with the ability to provide clients  with knowledgeable

Throughout his years of practicing law Scott's  focus has consistently been, but not limited to,  the  areas of: Residential and Commercial Real Estate (representing buyers, sellers and lenders in real estate transactions); development of business entitles ( formation of legal entitles such as Corporations and LLCs'); the drafting and execution  of wills, trusts and health care proxies as well as probating estates in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Scott A.  Lakin, Esquire is a 1990 graduate of Suffolk University Law School and a 1987 graduate of Suffolk University (B.S. Political Science). 

Attorney Lakin was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1990 and the New Hampshire Bar in 1992.   Upon admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 1990, Attorney Lakin began practicing  law at a general practice law firm in Andover, Massachusetts. 

Attorney Lakin became a sole practitioner in July 2013.
